Intimate, experiential learning to deepen your work with the LDF
Hosted by David Rooke and Anastasia Nekrasova
Dates 23 September, 7 & 21 October and 4 November
Overview
As a practitioner with the Leadership Development Framework and Profile we invite you to profoundly deepen your practice.
Deepening your Practice is the second level of development following your LDF Authorisation and some experience of conducting LDF Coaching Debriefs. Building on your existing knowledge and skills we will explore together how to even more skilfully interpret a sentence completion form and then engage in an LDF Coaching Debrief that has the potential to be transformational.
Outline
We will revisit and extend the subtleties of language interpretation, probing deeper into the information that structure and content can provide. We will seek to find the domains, lenses and capacities that may be pivotal in the debrief. We’ll then explore how to bring these together into a profound learning experience for clients.
Our intent is to stretch you and your work and, secondly, to invite you into a growing cohort of advanced LDF practitioners working with the latest ideas and deep principles. If you want to work at the deepest level with the LDF and the LDP, this workshop is for you. Its intimate, experiential and participatory learning space will deepen your work with the LDF and LDP’s perspectives and potential profoundly.
