Overview

In this online workshop over two days we will explore the frameworks and approaches consultants/coaches/facilitators and organisations are utilising to support the 'vertical' development of their leaders and teams. We will learn how to work with the challenges of vertical development inside large organisational systems and leadership cultures in service of personal and organisational transformation. 

Building on a successful on-line event in 2020 when we heard from Ameet Thakkar Head of Midstream Talent and Learning on his experience in such a large, complex corporation as BP, we will return to this territory with new examples of pioneering practice.
