Community Inquiry, Practice Inquiry and Developmental Inquiry groups for our Community of Practitioners

Overview

During our recent conversations with several members from the community, we heard an overall aspiration to create a greater sense of a community feeling and belonging and to have more regular spaces available to meet and inquire together, beyond the traditional Harthill events. We also heard that many would like to play a greater role in contributing to these spaces and get closer to the core of Harthill. We know this will be an emergent process and at the same time, based on what we have heard and as part of moving towards the vision we are co-creating, we would like to offer a number of different inquiry groups next year and see where this takes us.

Practice Inquiry Group - This inquiry group focuses on our own development using the Leadership Development Framework and principles of Developmental Inquiry. 

• How do we put ourselves at the centre of the LDF methodology and approach?
• How do we consider our own LDP Profile and meaning making structures in the context of our current challenges in leadership, life and everything else? 
• What are the practices we are inquiring into and experimenting with to help us adapt and unfold?  How are we working with these? How are they working with us?
• And .... what are we letting go of? What's enfolding, what's dying? How are our practices helping this?

Cost and dates -

This group is limited to 6 Practitioners

Closed group of 6 Practitioners over five sessions of three hours each:
