“My passion for language, people and music sing together as my colleagues and I continue on this marvellous journey of developing people in ways that constantly bring me joy and surprise. Living in Sweden, working with our Russian community, feeling strongly part of my virtual global team all give me so many dimensions to this powerful work."

Anastasia leads in the development of Harthill materials in the field and facilitates many of our core programmes

Anastasia is a Harthill director responsible for the development of the LDF and LDP; she is also an experienced Harthill Rater. She has developed a Russian version of the LDP and is working with Harthill in Northern and Eastern Europe, facilitating authorisation programmes and supporting the authorised users in integrating Developmental Inquiry into their practice.

Anastasia works with developing capacity of individuals, institutions and systems, for managing in complex adaptive contexts. Her work is informed by the integral approaches and has a firm base in adult development psychology. Based in Stockholm, Sweden, Anastasia carries out capacity development work in Russia, Ukraine and the European Union. She works as a consultant, trainer, coach, facilitator and a learning designer – most often in the domains of business, education, and socio-political governance. Anastasia works in English, Swedish and Russian.

Community of Practice

Harthill has created and sustains a collaborative group of coaches, consultants and facilitators in a Community of Practice,

which supports our own transformation and the transformation in individuals, teams, organisations and society. Each person who completes the LDF Authorisation is included in the Community and enriches our work.

Developmental Events

Orchestrated and choreographed by Rebecca Stevens, the Community is beginning to buzz with ideas, connectivity, sharing of experiences, co-inquiring into aspects of our work and the field. Harthill has created and curated a range of developmental Events which serve this purpose and some are also available to those outside the Community of LDF Authorised Practitioners.

Collective Inquiry Groups

Harthill has also launched a series of Collective Inquiry Groups - Community Inquiry, Developmental Inquiry, Practice Inquiry. We have also launched FrameChangers - like a book group for sharing and discussing any books, articles, videos or indeed any material that has shifted our frames of reference, triggered a new line of thinking or developmental idea.

Wisdom Council

Under the guidance of Dr Stephen Duns, we have also initiated a Thought Leadership space, with a Wisdom Council providing guidance and oversight, a planned annual Conference at which we will share new thinking, and a supportive group that will facilitate the research and studies that can lead to the publication of articles in our field.

Our Collaborators

Harthill seeks to attract those in the field with whom there is a "resonance", and we are proud to have many Collaborators who are aligning with us, sharing their experiences and contributing directly to our work
