BA (Hons) MA (Hons)

"I am a very practical person, I love to be able to take complex phenomena and help people to understand these in their own language, in their own contexts. I invite people to take a dive with me into the Field, to work out what is relevant and what is not, to use the insights the LDF gives us in practical ways that are relevant to their context."

Ekaterina works in Russian, English and Chinese, facilitating people, communities and systems to evolve and co-create a more sustainable future

Ekaterina joined Harthill in 2017 when she co-organised our first LDP Authorisation programme in Russia, and has since been engaged in promoting Harthill's presence in the Russian-speaking world.

Ekaterina is committed to supporting individuals, professionals and companies in their ongoing development in a consistent and innovative way. She has designed and delivered numerous on-site, online, mobile and blended format L&D programmes for individuals, psychologists, coaches, L&D specialists, managers and top teams.

As a coach, she uses multiple lenses and perspectives, weaving many theoretical frameworks together

Ekaterina is also passionate about facilitating people, communities and systems to evolve and co-create a more sustainable future. With this mission in mind she is engaged in organisational consultancy and holds events on interdisciplinary dialogue with development practitioners and leaders from various backgrounds. She has a wide range of experience in different industries, such as international business, public sector, academy, IT and AI development, professional and corporate learning, coaching and counselling.

She holds a BA degree in Economics, an MSc in Linguistics and a Diploma in Psychotherapy, Counselling and Group Leadership. Ekaterina speaks and works in Russian, English and Chinese.

Community of Practice

Harthill has created and sustains a collaborative group of coaches, consultants and facilitators in a Community of Practice,

which supports our own transformation and the transformation in individuals, teams, organisations and society. Each person who completes the LDF Authorisation is included in the Community and enriches our work.

Developmental Events

Orchestrated and choreographed by Rebecca Stevens, the Community is beginning to buzz with ideas, connectivity, sharing of experiences, co-inquiring into aspects of our work and the field. Harthill has created and curated a range of developmental Events which serve this purpose and some are also available to those outside the Community of LDF Authorised Practitioners.

Collective Inquiry Groups

Harthill has also launched a series of Collective Inquiry Groups - Community Inquiry, Developmental Inquiry, Practice Inquiry. We have also launched FrameChangers - like a book group for sharing and discussing any books, articles, videos or indeed any material that has shifted our frames of reference, triggered a new line of thinking or developmental idea.

Wisdom Council

Under the guidance of Dr Stephen Duns, we have also initiated a Thought Leadership space, with a Wisdom Council providing guidance and oversight, a planned annual Conference at which we will share new thinking, and a supportive group that will facilitate the research and studies that can lead to the publication of articles in our field.

Our Collaborators

Harthill seeks to attract those in the field with whom there is a "resonance", and we are proud to have many Collaborators who are aligning with us, sharing their experiences and contributing directly to our work
