Ekaterina joined Harthill in 2017 when she organised our first authorisation programme in Russia, and has since been involved in promoting Harthill's presence in the Russian-speaking world. She is currently engaged in R&D and scoring work, creating new programmes and a digital environment for Harthill community.
She holds a BA degree in Chinese Studies and BSc in Economics. She spent the first five years of her career in international business and consulting. Later on, she continued professional path in IT sector and led international projects on language processing and AI meaning-making. Pursuing academic aspiration, she gained a MA degree in Linguistics and after that fully dived into psychology and human meaning-making.
In the psychology domain, she holds a Post Graduate Degree in Psychotherapy, Counselling and Group Leadership and has over 10 years of versatile experience in individual coaching, group facilitation, training and supervision. As a Harthill partner in Russia, she has created a community of practitioners who have delivered over 1,000 profiles in four years and raised awareness about adult development and vertical leadership in the Russian-speaking world.
Ekaterina is passionate about facilitating people, teams and organizations to evolve, unleash their full potential and create a more sustainable world. As a consultant, she uses multiple lenses and perspectives, weaving many theoretical frameworks together. Her work is well-informed by adult and developmental psychology, complexity thinking, systemic and field approach. She works with leaders, developmental specialists and top-teams in Russian and English.
With deep trust to life and human wisdom Ekaterina invites people to inquire into what is emerging in the system and how they can consciously lead the change. She coined the term “field intelligence” and authored a series of programmes aimed at developing system awareness and sensitivity to its subtle signals. This developmental capacity integrates thinking, intuition and wisdom and naturally unleashes the power of heartful leadership.
