Frequently asked questions

  • Who is this programme for?

This programme is suitable for experienced coaches who are working with senior executives and business leaders. It will also appeal to LDP practitioners who would like to discover more about how to work with the Leadership Development Framework in their practice. We also welcome psychologists/psychotherapists and senior leaders wishing to develop a coaching culture in their organisation.

  • What is the normal cohort size?

Ideally there will be 15 participants, although we are able to run the programme with a minimum enrolment of 9

  • What is the application process?

Initially by contacting info@harthill.co.uk with details of your coaching experience, previous qualifications, and experience, if any, of working with the LDP. We will then set up an exploratory meeting with our core programme tutors, who will be able to help you decide whether this is the programme for you.

  • How much does the programme cost?

The 2024 price for the Asia Pacific programme is 50,000 HKD and the UK programme is £5640. This covers all aspects of the programme including all costs relating to the residential workshops. Discounts are available for charities and independent consultants.

  • Am I required to attend all of the sessions?

Passing the programme requires 100% attendance; however online learning sessions are recorded to facilitate emergencies that may arise and prevent you from being there.  Because we cannot record breakout room work, we require those who catch up in this way to produce a summary of learning after watching the video.

  • Is there any pre-course work?

There will be a Welcome module posted on the programme Sana Lab site which we would like you to familiarise yourself with prior to commencing the programme.  We will also send you your link to completing the LDP which we would like you to do prior to beginning the programme

  • Is the programme accredited?

The programme is accredited by the Association for Coaching as an Accredited Advanced Diploma in Coach Training (AADCT) with the additional benefit of being approved for the Accelerated Coach Training Route Accreditation Scheme to allow participants to fast track their personal coach accreditation at Foundation, Full, Professional or Master level subject to having successfully completed the programme assignments, met the appropriate coaching criteria and obtained suitable client references.
