NHS Leading Edge Leadership programme

This progressive programme, which is enhanced year on year in collaboration with NHS leaders, will expand leaders' thinking to a significantly higher order of complexity and relational flexibility. We work with leaders to develop key skills, confidence, clarity and use of power for greater positive influence in the NHS.


Team Development

We have several approaches to working with teams to enable more effective collaboration and innovation:

  • Team Coaching for intact teams supports the ongoing development of the team's dynamic, strategic and relational skills,
