Achiever Action Logic

64.4% of last year’s LDP Forms profiled with Achiever as the Primary Action Logic.
 
This large proportion speaks to the need for LDP practitioners to have a deep understanding of the range and needs of clients profiling at Achiever Action Logic.
 
Achiever profiles are diverse, and leaders who profile at Achiever are infinitely diverse. Also, the Achiever Action Logic contributes profoundly to organisational life, and so understanding the lived experience of leaders profiling here is key for broader success as a leader, consultant, or coach. 
 
In this workshop over two Thursday afternoons, we intend to deepen and enrich our maps of the Achiever Action Logic so that we can be better attuned to supporting our clients and to encouraging greater and easier impact in organisations.
 
Workshop highlights:

• Explode some of the myths and clichés about how a person profiling at Achiever shows up
• Generate increased understanding about the internal process that creates meaning making at this Action Logic
• Understand the variety of developmental vectors that may be at play, and how to select and focus for best support
• Explore how to better support individuals at Achiever Action Logic towards greater effectiveness within the logic, and towards smoother and easier expansion and transition
• Develop a more granular map of the changes and movements consistent with early, mainstage and late Achiever Action Logic
• Understand the special challenges faced by leaders in organisations as Individualist Action Logic emerges.
