It’s an uncertain world and we are all facing an unpredictable post-pandemic future. What worked before won’t work again – too much has changed. Teams and individuals need leaders who can coach.
Our collective future requires team leaders who provide more ongoing development in conversations that they find engaging, stimulating, thought-provoking and supportive. We need leaders to be honest in ways that are helpful and who don’t avoid the issues that are important. We need leaders to provide more coaching support, both 1-2-1 and in team contexts.
