Formal learning blocks - commencing with 3-day residential – and followed by four-hour online workshops

Experiential coaching workshops

Online workbooks and resources – using our learning platform

Self-motivating learning trios – to further practice new approaches together in peer coaching sessions and continue more in-depth inquiries

Supervision groups - to support completion of the required 60 hours of coaching across either 5 or 6 client and/or trio coaching

Individual coaching – your own LDP Report and Coaching Debrief


Reflective learning – using our SenseMaker® based MyStory Journaling App offers unique scope for self-supervisory reflection and reappraise all aspects of your programme journey

  • WHO IS THE PROGRAMME FOR?

    This programme is suitable for experienced coaches who are working with senior executives and business leaders. You will already have substantial expertise of working with senior clients or colleagues as a practicing coach. On occasions we accept applications from senior leaders without coaching experience, who who have come through our Coaching Essentials module. 


  • WHAT IS THE NORMAL COHORT SIZE?

    Ideally there will be 15 participants, although we are able to run the programme with a minimum enrolment of 9


  • WHAT IS THE APPLICATION PROCESS?

    Initially by contacting info@harthill.co.uk with details of your coaching experience, previous qualifications, and experience, if any, of working with the LDP. We will then set up an exploratory meeting with our core programme tutors, Siân Lumsden and Ian Mitchell who will be able to help you decide whether this is the programme for you. 

  • HOW MUCH DOES THE PROGRAMME COST?

    The 2023 price will be £5,450 ex VAT (where applicable). This covers all aspects of the programme including full cost for the initial residential block. 

  • AM I REQUIRED TO ATTEND ALL THE SESSIONS?

    Passing the programme requires 100% attendance; however online learning sessions are recorded to facilitate emergencies that may arise and prevent you from being there.  Because we cannot record breakout room work, we require those who catch up in this way to produce a 750 word summary of learning after watching the video.

  • IS THERE ANY PRE-COURSE WORK?

    There will be a Welcome module posted on the programme Sana Lab site which we would like you to familiarise yourself with prior to commencing the programme.  We will also send you your link to completing the LDP which we would like you to do prior to beginning the programme


  • IS THE PROGRAMME ACCREDITED?

    The prgramme is currently pending accrediation by the Association for Coaching as as an Accredited Advanced Diploma in Coach Training (AADCT)
