His common theme is the development of people, what makes them tick and how to get the most enjoyment from life and in particular this thing we call work.

Steve has over 20 years’ experience in leading, coaching and mentoring in both large organizations and startups alike.

He brings global and cross-cultural understanding with deep insight and experience. With a focus on team development. he also brings a unique and valuable perspective to what is needed from leaders globally.

Along the way, Steve learnt skills ranging from Sales to Program Management to Strategy Consulting to Change Management and Leadership Development. Steve learned how to build high performing teams around common goals across multiple geographies and time zones. He learned how to lead and run transformative programs, manage large complex P&L’s and grow businesses through alliances, merger and acquisitions and organic sales. His common theme has always been people and teams. Inspiring trust, leadership, responsibility and driving accountability to achieve exceptional results, in often difficult and complex environments. Steve’s focus on team to ensure equity and inclusion for all has been central in my life and work.

He holds a BSc (Hons), Master of Management from MGSM, Grad. Cert. in Project Management and is APICS certified. Steve is also a certified coach in the Leadership Circle Profile, Vertical Mindset Indicator and Strengths Finder.
