The Leadership Development Profile is a renowned leadership development resource. It is based on a pioneering developmental model, the Leadership Development Framework. The LDP is used in over 40 countries, in several languages, and in hundreds of teams and organisations. ​More than 15,000 leaders, managers, development professionals, consultants and coaches over three decades, in a diversity of cultures have used the LDP to support their development and leadership.

Complete the Form – Receive Report – Coaching Debrief

Each individual completes the 32 unfinished stems in the LDP Form and a specialised analysis of the meaning-making behind the response enables the current main Action Logics of the individual to be identified and a profile to be drawn up. This unique analysis is presented in your bespoke LDP Report. Usually, you will have been invited to complete the LDP Form by your coach or as part of a Harthill-led process in your organisation. Your LDP Coaching Debrief will be provided by your coach or a Harthill team member as part of that process. However, you can request your own LDP Report and we can provide an LDP Authorised Coach for your Coaching Debrief.

What happens next

• read the instructions for completion below and then complete the LDP Form, starting with your personal details
• your form is sent to the specially trained raters where your LDP Form is carefully rated for the Action Logics
• your personal LDP Report is sent to your LDP Authorised Coach who will also provide your LDP Coaching Debrief
• your LDP Authorised Coach will arrange a date and time for your LDP Coaching Debrief and provide you with preparation notes. Your LDP Authorised Coach will help you understand your profile in context and to decide how to work with it.
