  • Strategic Thinking and Decision-Making

plus one hour of 1:1 discovery session, supplementary self study with learning resources via our learning platform, peer learning and reflective analysis.

  • Who is this programme for?

    This programme is ideal for leaders who have taken responsibility for other people in the last three years and are at their first assignment with responsibility for other people. We welcome any other participants such as those who are looking for a promotion in a leadership role or those who are seeing that their current approaches are nor giving them the results desired.

  • Is the programme accredited?

    The programme is presently awaiting accreditation from the Association for Coaching for Leader Coach Accreditation.

  • How many people are in each programme cohort?

    The course is designed for maximum 21 participants to encourage class interaction and knowledge assimilation. At minimum, the programme will run with 12 participants.

  • How much does the programme cost?

    The cost tbc, covers all aspects of the programme. Discounts are available for charities and independent consultants. Participants can also avail of an LDP Report and Coaching Debrief - this option will be discussed during the programme.

  • How do I apply for a place?

  • What if I miss a session?

    The programme attendance is concentrated over three sessions and it requires 100% attendance. However, we understand that life happens so learning sessions will be made available. We require those who miss a session to stay up to date by producing a reflection on the learning observed via the recording.



  • Is there much pre-programme work?

    The programme is designed to fit with a busy schedule. The pre-work is minimal and is meant to instigate curiosity about this topic and create a common language amongst participants.
