In this session Dr David Wilkinson, Editor of The Oxford Review will explore what the research says about the links between meaning and sense-making, emotions and emotion regulation.

David is a psychologist and educationalist who lectures at the University of Oxford as well as a range of other Universities around the world. His master and doctoral research looked at acculturation processes in professional organisations. His primary research these days is about uncertainty and how it affects people and organisations. He is the Editor-in-Chief and founder of the Oxford Review.
