A diverse learning environment with a blend of structured learning and experimental inquiry, in a dynamic learning community.
- Formal learning blocks - commencing with 3-day residential – and followed by four-hour online workshops
- Experiential coaching workshops
- Online workbooks and resources – using our learning platform
- Self-motivating learning trios – to further practice new approaches together in peer coaching sessions and continue more in-depth inquiries
- Supervision groups - to support completion of the required 60 hours of coaching across either 5 or 6 client and/or trio coaching
- Individual coaching – your own LDP Report and Coaching Debrief
- Reflective learning – using our SenseMaker® based MyStory Journaling App offers unique scope for self-supervisory reflection and reappraise all aspects of your programme journey

They’ll answer any questions you might have about The Self-Authoring Coach, what it’s like, give you a few tips you can use immediately. Our Coaching Essentials Programme may also be of use to you.
Siân Lumsden has worked in individual and team development for over 20 years, holds a PGC in Business, Personal & Executive Coaching and is an alumnus of Nautilus International Team Coaching. Siân specialises in coaching leadership teams towards finding and embodying their core purpose.
Ian Mitchell holds an MA in Coaching Leaders through Transition and Change and is an Academy of Coaching Accredited Executive Coach and PGC Coach Supervisor. Currently AC Area Chair for NW Europe, Ian specialises in helping leaders and coaches expand meaning making, navigate complexity and deepen their ongoing practice.
