This
deep dive
invites you to engage in an inquiry driven journey of personal and practice development, leading to the award of the ILM Level 7 (NFQ 9 in Ireland) Certificate or Diploma in Executive or Senior Level Coaching and Mentoring.
Going Deep
At the core of the programme sits our focus on profoundly extending your developmental journey with self-authored meaning making, through inquiry within a developing community of fellow practising coaches.
We also deepen your own meaning making by including the globally renowned
Leadership Development Profile
and debrief session. This allows us to offer a truly developmental mastery level programme, which will equip you to work more deeply and more meaningfully with clients, along with sharpening your own developmental practice.
Learning is further extended to include further exploration of your
LDP in Developmental Supervision, along with how this informs your coaching practice.
We have also added layers of scope to the learning programme, adding specialised expert guest Coach Guides who bring deeper knowledge and practice in other frameworks and approaches, such as Gestalt and Mindfulness.
Expanding Capacity
Mastering Coaching offers insight into various approaches to coaching and the underpinning psychological theories. This is a powerful combination, which will give you an exceptional personal and professional development experience over the 12 months.
You will complete the programme feeling resourced and confident, with a deeper understanding and appreciation of the deliberately developmental journey and how to engage your clients differently - in ways that make a real difference. Your will also have developed practices that support your ongoing learning and growth as a coach.
