DEVELOPMENTAL INQUIRY GROUP

Community Inquiry, Practice Inquiry and Developmental Inquiry groups for our Community of Practitioners

Hosted by Rebecca Stevens and Anastasia Nekrasova

Dates:  15 October, 18 November, 14 December, 13 January, 17 February and 16 March

Overview

During our recent conversations with several members from the community, we heard an overall aspiration to create a greater sense of a community feeling and belonging and to have more regular spaces available to meet and inquire together, beyond the traditional Harthill events. We also heard that many would like to play a greater role in contributing to these spaces and get closer to the core of Harthill. We know this will be an emergent process and at the same time, based on what we have heard and as part of moving towards the vision we are co-creating, we would like to offer a number of different inquiry groups next year and see where this takes us.

Developmental Inquiry Practice Group (scope of inquiry: The LDP Process) - The focus for this group is on inquiry and practice with ‘real’ anonymised cases to further build our developmental inquiry capability.

  • Case materials will include the LDP form, LDP report, and the client’s developmental journey story and challenges as shared during the debrief process.
  • Inquiry will cover the debrief process in its entirety from constructing developmental hypotheses to considering potential relevant developmental practices.
  • Practitioners are invited to bring their own anonymised cases serving either as a sort of ‘clinic’ for those cases we may be a bit stuck on and/or would like to take further learnings from; and some cases will also be provided from the Harthill bank.
