Community of Coaches
At Harthill, we are building a community of coaches for our clients, who will be skilled practitioners, LDF Authorised and using a deliberately developmental approach with inquiry at its heart.
We are committed to developing coaches in this approach and offer programmes below.

Collective Inquiry
Inquiry is at the heart of our approach to working with clients, whether as consultants, leadership development specialists or coaches. We see collective inquiry as a way to deepen your understanding of this in practice, as well as to deepen your own development through the practice of inquiry.
Our community inquiry groups have already been very engaging and stimulating - we invite you to join in, to be curious about what you might learn and how you might contribute to the rich dialogue. The purpose to help to stimulate the development of our later stage meaning making, as well as to harness our collective energy for the movement we would like to generate in the world, not to generate actions necessarily, though this may happen where there is the energy.
LDF in Practice
At the heart of our offering is the LDF and we offer the Authorisation process to enable you to use LDP profile reports and work with meaning making and Action Logics with your clients.
There are many other ways to expand your use of the LDF in your work - all will enhance your offering in the market. We are committed also to supporting you in generating that work, by creating materials you can use with clients and in the programme below of specific leading edge approaches that will help to find you work with clients.
We are happy also to support you in any business development activity with your prospective clients.

Wider Adult Development
We are fortunate to have wonderful contributors in our community who have put together unique and stimulating workshops for us, listed below. We see our continued developmental pathway as being vital to the quality of our work with clients, to our ongoing exploration and expansion of our developmental edges.
If you have ideas for workshops you'd like to explore, let us know. Or perhaps you could create and offer a workshop which you could run for groups in the community. We will support you in every way possible to make this happen, to enrich the offering for us all.
