Theory is great. Practical experience is a whole new level of inquiry and understanding. If you have wondered about how to use the LDF in practice in your business, or would like to consider how to support your clients to use the Harthill approach to systemic development of leaders in organisations, this session will give you that narrative.

Four different Harthill clients are generously sharing their experiences, insights and wisdom from working with the LDF. This unqiue opportunity will provide those valuable, honest insights that only those working in organisations can give. These are leaders who have worked with the LDF in order to expand their development, intentionally using this leading edge framework to advance their capacity for more complex thinking and relationships.

Harthill’s Leadership Development Framework might mean for your organisation

Join us if you are curious about seeing a different and leading edge approach to developing leaders, people and organisations to go beyond growth to health, proactively developing leaders, expanding their capacity to lead through difficult and complex times.

Our research shows that "later stage meaning making" capacities are required to deal with the increasing complexity and ambiguity of modern organisations. In these four client-focused sessions, we will explore the strategies and practices that these four organisations are using to accelerate the development of their leaders' meaning making, to expand the development of their organisations.

We are delighted to be able to draw on the experience of different organisations that have been experimenting adventurously and now generously share their experiences -

  • We will hear from the site leadership team at Janssen Pharmaceuticals - part of Johnson and Johnson, a company that has been working in the spotlight to deal with the Covid vaccination imperative
  • We will hear how Neurent Medical, who have just secured new funding of $25million to scale up production of their latest medical device to treat rhinitis (hay fever), are embracing adult development to attract new talent and to support their teams to work together collaboratively
  • We will hear about the design and development of a vertical development programme leveraging a new technology platform in Lloyds Register
  • A leader from the Department of International Trade, will talk about how they have been using Developmental Inquiry to build the capacity for vertical development from within
